After finding yoga while still in high school, Gabrielle Stratton felt a deep connection not only with the physicality of the movement but the power of the breath. After 6 years of a wavering practice, Gabrielle found she was at her best when on her mat consistently. In 2013 she began to dedicate herself towards a more abundant practice bringing the lessons she learned on her mat to the outside world. After years of yearning for something more fulfilling, Gabrielle took the plunge and became a RYT-200.
Gabrielle approaches her classes as she approaches her life, consistently incorporating the balance of joy through movement and stillness. She shares her knowledge of physical and mental empowerment through energizing sequences and flows. Never one to take life too seriously, Gabrielle encourages her students bring a smile with them through each movement and to listen to their own bodies needs.
